We engaged Gratitude Constructions to renovate our ensuite. Miles and GratCon came highly recommended to us and even before the initial consultation and quote were complete, I knew this was the builder for us. Miles listened to our plans and ideas while adding valuable insight and suggestions we hadn’t thought of. He was the opposite of everything that makes a builder have a bad rep: He answered the phone when we called, he answered our incessant questions, he kept us up-to-date with the building process. We felt ‘in the loop’ through the entire reno. Miles from Gratitude Constructions was great to work with on mum’s renovations. We had numerous meetings beforehand to make sure everything was covered.
